What is web2expense TE?

web2expense TE is our Microsoft certified cloud application running on Microsoft Windows Azure and SQL Azure. What we provide is an enterprise-scale T&E expense management software at an affordable price.  Our product can perform functions that range from travel authorizations, to per diem automation and business analytics.

Why does web2expense TE not display properly in IE7 running on Windows XP?

This problem arises out of IE7's inability to correctly interpret the CSS of our tool on Windows XP.  In order to use our product to it's fullest extent we recommend a Windows XP operating system (or above) with either a Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or IE9+ browser.

Are there different versions of web2expense TE?

No, there are only different pricing options available for our product.

However, there is a custom implementation option which varies in price and features on a per-project basis; in addition, for custom projects we request an RFP and set up a 1-on-1 meeting with our prospective clients to figure out what it is exactly that they are looking for and how we can achieve their goals.

Is there a free trial?  If yes, what is included in it and are there any obligations?

Yes, we have a 90-day Free Trial.  The free trial period runs out after 90 days; if you have not purchased a subscription to our software before the end of the 90 days your account will automatically lock itself.  You can start a subscription at anytime during the free trial.  Our free trial period includes 13 expense reports per user over the 90-day period, as well as 10MB of storage per user.

What are your prices are there any hidden fees?
You can view our prices through our Pricing page. Prices beyond our listed price options are subject to variability.  For custom implementations there may be a requirement of additional resources to carry out the implementation; prices for these projects are not fixed and companies must submit an RFP for a custom implementation.

What about custom interfaces are they included?
Yes, for a custom implementation such interfaces are included at the request of and according to the specifications of the customer.  Please Contact Us for further details.

Does my company need any hardware or software investment when using web2expense TE?

No. web2expense TE is a cloud application. As a result, you do not any additional software or hardware investment.

Do I need to provide credit card information to start using web2expense TE?

No. You do not need to provide a credit card in order to start using web2expense TE. Sign up securely through our Free Trial sign up page. 

What happens after the 90-day free trial period, do I have any obligation?

No. As a company we strive to provide you the best T&E expense management service. However, for any reason if you are not satisfied with our software service at the end of 90-day free trial there is absolutely no obligation to continue using it. The portal will disable your account, and your account will be completely deleted after 60 days. Within that period you can always reactivate your account by contacting our sales department. 

Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes. We provide a 60-day money back guarantee. 

How long is my contract?

There are no obligations or long-term contracts to use web2expense TE through a monthly subscription basis.  In addition, we offer one-year and two-year pricing options; furthermore, these options are also non-binding as well.  For example, let's say your company decides to purchase through a two-year pricing option and after six months you decide to stop using our product for whatever reason.  We will back-bill your company as though you had been paying on a monthly subscription basis (for each user) for the past usage amount but we will not charge your for the unused time on our product (aka the 1.5 years that you did not use the product).   

What happens to my data?

Depending on your implementation model, your data storage locations and security measures are subject to change.  For example, our Silver and Gold pricing options provide a shared-tenant portal architecture, whereas a platinium subscription will include a separate database instance.  Our databases are secured through Microsoft’s security measures as a result of your data’s storage instance on their servers.  Custom security measures are available, but for the sake of length of this page please Contact Us for details.

How can I retrieve my data?

web2expense TE provides an extensive array of reports and many of them can export data into Microsoft Excel. If you have a copy of Microsoft Excel running on your desktop you can download all your data onto your desktop.
