Header information for a sample Expense Report (ER) form depicted on the bottom of this help screen. Users can create as many ERs as they need. Each ER created will a have unique identifier. Therefore, users are free to choose report names which are suitable for their usage. The system uses the unique identifier for processing.

Expense Report fields use Interactive Assistant (IA) technology. When a user selects a field such as the "Project Name" assigned projects appear in the Interactive Assistant menu.

If a field, such as "Project Name," is IA enabled users can click on a link to populate the field that is in focus.
